High-speed and accurate automatic labeling is possible for difficult-to-handle bags such as zipper bags, thick bags, stand-up pouches, and aluminum pouches, which were challenging to manage with conventional standard machines like the Harry Petten (compatible with Bordon bags No. 8-15 and some stand-up bags) and the compact tabletop Harry Petten Mini (compatible with Bordon bags No. 9-14, some stand-up bags, special long bags, and poly bags). Features: - High-speed and accurate automatic labeling for zipper bags, thick bags, stand-up pouches, and aluminum pouches that were difficult to handle with conventional machines, offering versatile applications. - The in-house developed bag supply device has numerous patents and ensures reliable bag supply unaffected by static electricity. - Bag replenishment and supply are possible even during labeling operations. - High processing speed (up to approximately 0.8 seconds per cycle, depending on bag size) and high durability. - Stable transport and label speed adjustment (for precise labeling) are achievable using AC servo motors. - Equipped with various abnormal detection functions, including dual bag supply, no label, no supply bag remaining, and no label roll remaining. - Multilingual support (standard display in Japanese, Chinese, and English; other languages available upon consultation). - Large-capacity bag supply section (approximately 500 bags, depending on product specifications) and large-capacity bag accumulation section.
